A complete unboxing video is strictly mandatory. Please note that no damage or exchange claims will be processed without clear video proof of the sealed parcel being opened.

If you find a defect or receive the wrong item (verified via your video), notify us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
