๐Ÿ” 1. Inspection & Approval

All refund requests are subject to the approval of your claim (based on your mandatory unboxing video) or the inspection of the returned physical item. Once we receive and verify your claim, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

๐Ÿ’ธ 2. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.

For Prepaid Orders: The amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Our team will contact you to transfer the funds directly to your Bank Account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash account.

๐Ÿšš 3. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

โณ 4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received an approved refund yet, please first check your bank account or mobile wallet again. Processing times can vary between banks. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact our support team immediately.
